SAHWR provides the opportunity for Move On Accommodation for families who may need additional support following their stay in our Safe Accommodation, and while they wait for a more long-term solution to their homelessness.

This service supports individuals and families during the transition into their own suitable accommodation, include returning to their previous home with safety measures in place, accessing privately rented accommodation or through the allocation of local authority housing.   

The service aims to offer tailored support to help individuals and families to rebuild their lives, access appropriate housing, and maintain safety and well-being. The service will help to support independence, rebuild confidence and self-esteem and ensure long-term safety and integration into the community.
