Our Independent Gender Abuse Advisors (IGVAs) are trained and qualified Gender Based Abuse Practitioners who will complete a full assessment using a holistic, trauma- informed approach. They will work with clients to develop an individual safety and support plans, ensuring their individual needs are considered.

We work with housing, police, health and social care teams as well as other partner agencies and charities to find the best plans to support our clients.

Our IGVAs will work to identify an individuals strengths and how to achieve their goals, building their self-esteem and ability to engage with their wider community.
