SAHWR achieve a Trauma Informed BRONZE Accreditation

SAHWR have successfully achieved the Trauma Aware Quality Mark awarded by One Small Thing.

We are incredibly proud to share that we have officially received a Trauma Aware Accreditation in recognition of our ongoing commitment to creating safe, supporting and empowering services to those who have experienced Domestic Abuse.

Our Head of Domestic Abuse Services, Gemma Magee-Herd said “We have made a commitment as a team to improve the services we offer to our clients. This is a step in the right direction to create a shift in how we think, how we work and how we connect with our clients. This is the start of the process, but we are excited to have the recognition that our plans and progress meet the requirements for this accreditation.
